Welcome to the Chris Orlando Hockey Academy Page! The COHA is for all age levels & abilities. The program is designed to help players stay in shape over the summer and continue to grow in their skill development. Players will work on and off the ice with Instructor Chris Orlando & staff, and also off the ice with Total Perfomance.
Romp n’ Roll is the premier play-based educational program for children and their parents. Through developmentally appropriate movement, art, and music classes children from 3 months to 6 years of age exercise their bodies, grow their minds, and nurture their imaginations.
CAL Sports Academy offers programs in basketball, volleyball, and soccer, as well as performance training, private training, preschool sports programs, school’s out programs, and summer camps.
