Founders’ Day in Lansdale – FIREWORKS at night!

- Hands and hearts working together to create one strong community, and the arts and crafts that breathe vitality into it — welcome to Lansdale Founders Day 2024!
We have finalized the schedule for the annual commemoration of the founding of the Borough of Lansdale, all around town, all day Saturday, August 24, 2024 — the actual date of our founding 152 short years ago! Here are just a few exciting highlights to look forward to:
- Early morning boot-camp and yoga sessions
- The awarding of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Lansdale Historical Society, followed by an open house at the Jenkins Homestead
- The Lansdale Festival of the Arts in Memorial Park
- Collaborations with Lansdale’s creative community
- The annual Health Fair sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County
- Great food, beer garden, family entertainment, model trains, police tours, and live music by bands including Philly Funk Authority
- See justice in action at the open house at Magisterial District Court 38-1-28, 1:30 to 3:30, located at 430 Pennbrook Parkway (in Pennbrook Station Square)
- And, of course, wrapping up with a grand fireworks display at 9 p.m. at Penndale Middle School!
